Sen. John Kennedy calls the Biden admin's opposition to the Keystone XL pipeline while being open to shipping Canadian oil by rail "A special kind of stupid".

It seems that the only reason to be against Keystone is the same reason to be in favour of the Iran Deal - to erase anything that Donald Trump did.
