Ministry of Defense spokeswoman: A large-scale smuggling of Israeli ammunition into Palestinian Authority territory in northern Samaria has been foiled.

The security inspectors of the Passage Authority at the Reihan crossing thwarted the smuggling of about 4,000 5.56 rifle bullets from Israeli territory in the direction of northern Samaria. Two Israeli citizens, residents of Wadi Ara, who arrived at the crossing while traveling on his Israeli side, aroused the suspicion of the security inspectors.
