Bashar Assad continues to laugh at the Syrians

After many expectations from the Syrians, President Bashar Assad announced an increase in the minimum wage. As the size of the expectations so the size of the disappointment expressed in the networks in harsh statements against the regime.

The Syrian president has stated that the new minimum wage will reach $26 a month compared to $22 so far. This is happening when the prices of all basic products in Syria have soared by tens of percent.

And as part of Assad's media circus and attempt to show that the country is functioning, Parliament has approved the budget for 2022 worth more than 13 trillion Syrian pounds (or about $5.3 billion at the time of the official exchange). The current year's budget has reached $6.8 billion but no one really takes the budget seriously given the country's economic catastrophe.

Budget approval has also become a source of jokes. One of them claimed that the regime would need a fleet of trucks to disperse these trillions of pounds in the provinces of the country ....
