The Bahrain News Agency reports on a conversation held last night by the Bahraini Crown Prince, Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, with Prime Minister-designate Binyamin Netanyahu.
The Crown Prince congratulated Netanyahu on his victory in the Knesset elections and the task of forming the new government.
Al Khalifa even wished Netanyahu success in his position, emphasizing the progress that has taken place in the relations between the two countries on all levels and the need to strengthen them.
It was also reported that the two discussed issues of interest to both sides, issues at the top of the agenda in the region and the world, as well as future avenues of cooperation between Jerusalem and Manama.
