Hezbollah ignites Lebanon. Dozens of dead and wounded and clashes continue

Dozens of Lebanese were killed and wounded during clashes between the "Shiite duo" (Hezbollah and the Amal movement) and other organizations during anti-government demonstrations in downtown Beirut, aimed at subduing Lebanon through methods of intimidation and defamation.

Lebanese media reported today that clashes took place in the areas of Ein al-Romana and al-Shia in central Beirut, with gunfire and machine gun fire, resulting in the deaths of six people and more than 30 injured. Activists have released several videos showing the Hezbollah and Amal militia deployment on the capital's streets, armed with bullets and RPG bombs fired at homes, calling for violence in Lebanon.

The scenes filmed show an atmosphere of war on the streets of Beirut, with the Lebanese army bringing some armored vehicles to the areas of Tayuna, Ein al-Romana and Shi'a, and its attempts to contain the interest, while the "Shiite duo" militias encouraged continued violence with intense gunfire and RPGs. , In an attempt to postpone investigations related to the explosion of the port of Beirut, and the attack.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Najib Mikati is holding an emergency meeting with the Lebanese army command to monitor developments amid appeals to halt tensions and not drag the country into civil war and not implement militia threats to respond to "armed group" provocations. That attacked its supporters.

"The security situation deteriorated this morning after supporters of the Shiite duo gathered in front of the Justice Palace in Tiona in a demonstration against Judge Tariq al-Bitar, who is investigating the Lebanese court's refusal to deal with a complaint filed by two Amal movement deputies calling for the arrest of Amal. The investigation and stop the continued activity of Elbitter. The Shiite duo accuse Judge Elbitter of politicizing investigations into the Beirut port explosion after Elbiter issued an arrest warrant in the absence of one of Amal movement's former ministers, Ali Hassan Khalil and Gazi Zoiter, and call for the investigation to be suspended.

The militias called on their militants to take to the streets in a provocative manner that could put Lebanon in a real danger phase, in an atmosphere of ethnic hostility, and cause the country to dive into a darker tunnel than it currently is, especially in light of statements by MP Ali Khalil, one of the wanted interrogators, That "all possibilities are available" and that the current course of investigation may push the country "towards a civil war."

On the other hand, the head of the Lebanese Forces Party, Samir Jaja, called for preparing for all the scenarios expected for a confrontation with Hezbollah and its allies, while the disagreements between the Shiite duo and the movement led by President Michel Aoun seem clear, as the latter refused to stop Judge Bitar from acting. Regarding the investigation of the big explosion in the port of Beirut.
