Tisha B'Av under fire: "Just feel the destruction"

After a day of incessant rocket barrages, the residents of Sderot and Ashkelon came to the synagogues to read the scroll of Lamentations. The prayers held for the fast of Tisha B'Av were interrupted due to the continuous alarms and the worshipers rushed to take shelter.

At the end of the second day of fighting and under incessant rocket barrages, residents of Sderot and Ashkelon came to the synagogues this evening (Saturday) to read the scroll of Lamentations. The prayers held for the Tisha B'Av fast were interrupted due to the alarms and worshipers were forced to take shelter due to gunfire from Gaza.

"It's simple to feel the destruction," said Lior who was praying in Ashkelon. During the alarms we tried to protect ourselves and hid, now we are dispersing because of the situation."

I wouldn't stop praying or move. Without Faith it's impossible to Please the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY. Remember Daniel? Remember The Three Hebrew Boys? Nothing is new. Your enemies are nothing.
