Nine people who were trapped, with different degrees of injuries, were rescued by Israeli firefighters from a burning building in the Nave Ya'akov neighborhood of Jerusalem.

Ten teams of firefighters are at the scene, and four cranes have evacuated people who were trapped.

The injured have been transferred to the care of medical professionals that have been called to the scene.
