Forgot his phone at the scene - and linked himself to arson: 

An Israeli-Arab in his 20s was charged with setting cars on fire. According to the indictment, the young man left his house at night with a clear purpose: to set fire to two vehicles of a threatening figure in the area, and to challenge his status in the underworld. 

The defendant entered a gas station in the town of Majdal Krum, purchased a bottle of water, filled its contents with fuel and continued from there to the victim's house in one of the towns in the north.
