In a somber, quiet ceremony, Israel's “Shining Star” field hospital opened in western Ukraine today following arrival of medical personnel including doctors, nurses, medical lab workers, medical engineers & pharmacists. 

“Our mission is to make sure Ukrainian people know that they are not alone.” 

Israel's extensive experience in many countries including that of its enemy, Syria, will now begin to bring relief to the many wounded in the war, or other ill people who cannot get to a hospital.
