Today Meirav became an officer in the IDF upon completing the officer's course, which came out to be on the same date on which her family made Aliyah and moved to Israel. This is what her mother wrote about it:

 

"What better way to celebrate this day, when my family and I boarded a one-way flight to Israel exactly 15 years ago. And haven't looked back!
