Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah said this evening in light of the dispute over the maritime borders between Israel and Lebanon, that if Israel prevents Lebanon from extracting gas from the disputed areas - Hezbollah will prevent Israel from extracting the gas from there. 

"No foreign company will reach the 'shark' gas field when the Lebanese resistance launches a threat ... we have the power and ability to do that." 

Regarding the US-mediated negotiations on maritime borders, Nasrallah addressed the Lebanese government:

"Negotiate ... but not in Rosh Hanikra and not with Amos Hochstein (the American mediator) or Frankstein or any other 'Stein' who comes ... mediation of the Americans who stand by Israel will lead nowhere."
