These videos shows the intense battles that have been taking place for two days in the city of Hasakeh in northeastern Syria. This is a real Middle Eastern drama that can testify once again that ISIS still has a grip on the region and on the other hand once again reveals the weakness of the US-backed forces.
Arab sources are reporting on over 120 killed during this battle so far, other sources claim the number is much higher.
This incident began on Thursday night when ISIS members raided al-Sana'a prison in an attempt to free 3,000 ISIS terrorists imprisoned there in the organization's most extensive operation in Syria in three years. Hence the evidence is different. ISIS released videos showing Kurdish fighters fleeing.
The Kurds, for their part, claim that the situation is under control. The truth is it does not look like that. Today, American tanks have already arrived in the area. Dozens of casualties are reported from both sides. At the same time, in Iraq ISIS has killed 11 soldiers in one of its most successful operations recently.
Residents of the 'Uiran neighborhood (mostly Kurdish residents) where the fighting is taking place, residents of the a-Nashua neighborhood, residents of the Hush al-Ba'ar neighborhoods, nearby Hamar villas, most of whose residents are Assyrian, and are in the center and north of the city, evacuated for fear of fighting.
