Thousands of worshipers arrived at Joseph's Tomb in the city of Nablus during the night. The worshipers came from all over the country and from abroad, including religious, traditional and secular.
Yossi Dagan commented on the continuation of the construction boom in Samaria:
"Samaria is alive and well, we will not be able to agree to any halt in the construction, momentum and prosperity of Samaria, and we will fight any decision that will harm the development of Samaria.
The people of Israel are voting on foot and thousands are visiting Samaria, the attractions, the heritage sites and the holy places, I hope that soon Joseph's Tomb will be one of the heritage sites that every student in Israel visits.
It is very exciting that some of the family members of the Druze border fighter Madhat Yosef, who gave his life in this place, joined with us."
