President Yitzhak Herzog took off this morning (Tuesday) for the first state visit during his tenure at the invitation of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zlansky. 

As part of the visit, the President will attend an official and international ceremony marking the 80th anniversary of the Babi Yar massacre, and the inauguration of a World Memorial Center.
