The officer, an F-15 pilot with the rank of colonel, will study at the National Security College in Israel in the coming school year, with the approval of the highest levels in his country, headed by President Muhammad bin Zayed.

In recent years the National Security College has taken on an international character. Every year, about ten students from around the world study there, including from the United States, Germany, India, Italy, Britain, Greece and more.
