Following an assessment of the security situation, it was decided tonight (Saturday) to extend the general closure imposed on the Judea and Samaria area as well as on the crossings in the Gaza Strip until Monday, May 9, 2022.

During the closure, passage will be possible only in humanitarian, medical and exceptional cases and subject to the approval of the Coordinator of Government Operations in the Occupied Territories.

On Sunday there will be another situation assessment on the subject.
