Olga beach is a beautiful beach located near the resort village "Kochav Hayam" and below Beit Hankin. It is a beautiful stretch of beach that has been renovated by the authorities. And today it includes a long promenade with fitness facilities, playgrounds and an accessible bathing beach.
If you continue to the northern end of the beach you will reach a beautiful bay that includes dreamy reefs and coves. Its name is Binyamin Bay, which by the way is a bay created by nature And not by human hands. The bay is named after Baron Rothschild, who actually came here, by sea, to visit the people of the colony.
Where did Givat Olga got its name? Well, Yehoshua Hankin (a Zionist activist who was involved in the purchase of land for Jews), built his house here in 1940 for wife Olga, a famous midwife.
