IDF Spokesman: This coming Wednesday, March 2, 2022, a graduation ceremony will be held for the 144th Naval Seamen's Course at the Sea Arm Base in Haifa.

For the first time in the course, nine women will complete - the highest capability rate ever at the end of a course. Among the graduates who are making history, there are for the first time two first captains in the field of machine (chips).

The graduates will join the IDF spearhead and lead the operational activities of the naval arm in the coming years.

The ceremony will be attended by the Minister of Defense, Benny Gantz, headed by the Deputy Chief of Staff, Maj. Gen. Herzli Halevi, and with the participation of the Commander of the Navy, Maj. Gen. David Saar Selma
