Last Monday, an exciting meeting, of historical and operational value, was held by the commanders of the submarine fleet for generations at the Sea Arm base in Haifa.

The meeting was attended by sixteen flotilla commanders out of the nineteen commanders who survived the establishment of the submarine flotilla in the sea arm to the present day. The flotilla's former commanders met with the current flotilla commanders at the Haifa base. During the visit, the commanders met in the submarine fleet and continued to tour and lecture on the current and future activities of the fleet.

Their common learning about the activities of the commanders of the submarine flotilla for generations has been a symbol of the importance of the arm in general and the flotilla in particular for each of its commanders from its inception to the present day. The unification of the flotilla commanders contributes greatly to improving the efficiency, operationality and readiness for the next campaign, while learning from past events and drawing lessons and performing them optimally with the tools that the flotilla holds.
