The technology giant's next flagship series is expected to incorporate a new Qualcomm chip that will allow users to make calls from anywhere. According to a senior analyst, Apple will also connect to the satellite company Globalstar.
According to Koo, the iPhone 13 models will come with Qualcomm's X60 chip, which supports low-orbit satellite (LEO) communications - orbiting the earth at an altitude of about 1,000 km above the ground. In fact, the new feature will allow iPhone owners to make calls in remote locations without Cellular reception.
