"My Family and I Are Making Aliyah"

"And just like that, my last flight with one passport...
'What have you been up to? I haven't seen your stories in a few days,'
'What are you doing in Florida, can you share vacation spots?'
'You stopped posting your shabbos table..?'
I've gotten these messages from some of you, from friends, even some extended family who follows me here, and I've tried answering as generically and nicely as possible because the answer to basically all these questions is simple but bigger than what I wanted to share here before it was official. And as I sit at the terminal waiting for my flight it's pretty official- My family and I are making Aliyah.
The process was slow over the last 2 years and then super fast (like I-booked-my-flight-before-my-visa-came-back fast) and we were really tight-lipped about it because of our schedule.
The next few weeks will be crazy and fun- unpacking, the rest of the 3 weeks, and Elul/ Tishrie.
I can't wait to see you there"
Leah Jaroslawicz, who just made Aliyah to Israel, shares her story.
