Hamas' military wing is preparing to surprise Israel with limited and "quality" military action on the Gaza border that will include killing or abducting Israeli civilians and soldiers 

Hamas is not interested in a new round of fighting with Israel and estimates that such action is better than firing rockets at Israel and such action will not lead to the IDF reoccupying the Gaza Strip.

According to a security source, Hamas is beginning to recover from the shock of the flag march on "Jerusalem Day" on May 29 and is preparing to surprise Israel with "quality" military action that will not necessarily include launching rockets at Israel and a new round of fighting.
