Following a series of natural disasters in the Iranian province, demonstrations against the regime began in protest of the situation. According to various reports, 5 demonstrators were killed, and protesters are being shot at. 

Photographs show riot police on motorcycles firing at protesters. In one of the clips a policeman shoots a gun into the air; and at least one other shot is heard.

In some of the photos, injured people can be seen, and at least one resident was killed in the city that remained between two branches of Karacha.

Eyewitnesses said clashes between protesters and police forces, which began Sunday night, continued well into Monday morning. They reported police forces using tear gas, pepper spray, rubber bullets and batons to disperse protesters.
