Kalfon was removed on Saturday night, but the real target was Yamina (Bennett's party) MK Shirley Pinto.

Ex-MK Yom Tov Halfon was just the middle ground, just as the removal of MK Shikli was a message to MKIdit Silman. 

This impulsive, calculated and cruel dismissal was a message to another MK from Yamina: Shirley Pinto. Pinto is a source of deep concern for Bennett, who has received intelligence over the past two weeks about contacts she had with the Likud.
