Surprise: Who do Israeli Arabs prefer as Prime minister?

A new study by the Dayan Center at Tel Aviv University has two interesting findings from a new study of about 510 respondents from among the Arab citizens of Israel and published today (Tuesday).

The first surprise in their report claims that only one Arab party, Hadash-Ta'al, will pass the blocking percentage and receive 4.1 mandates from the Arab voters. Ra'am which was so important to the Bennett-Lapid govt will not pass thru at all.

The second surprise is that the Likud may receive as much as 1.3 mandates from the Arab voters, Meretz 0.5 and Lapid with only 0.3.

Ra'am as we said is teetering on the threshold of the blocking percentage with 3.7 mandates and the third Arab party running, "Balad" with only 3.2 mandates, both below the blocking percentage.
