The heads of the Arab Joint List met 'secretly' with the head of the Palestinian intelligence and a close associate of Abu Mazen in an attempt to influence the results of the elections in Israel. A senior member of the PA confirmed the meeting, but made it clear: We do not interfere in the elections in Israel
The Joint List met secretly with head of Palestinian intelligence in an attempt to influence results of the Israeli elections. Head of PA intelligence, Majed Faraj, met the leaders of the Arab Joint List twice last week in Ramallah secretly and discussed with them the results of the upcoming elections in Israel.
Faraj proposed to them that the Joint List would rejoin Ra'am in order to increase the voting percentage in Arab society and to deny Netanyahu 61 mandates to form a government.
Faraj went so far as to offer his services to mediate with Ra'am if necessary.
