Maj. Gen. (res.) and former Likud lawmaker Uzi Dayan lashed out Sunday at the Lapid-Bennett coalition following a public radio Kan report.
“They will get everything they want!” Dayan wrote on Twitter, referring to the Islamist party Ra’am and predominantly Arab faction, the Joint List.
“This is the meaning of a government where post-Zionists and anti-Zionists determine how life in the land of Zion and Jerusalem will look like! We must replace this dangerous government, as soon as possible!” the former military general added.
According to the Kan report, while not a member of the government, Ra’am chairman Mansour Abbas will be staying in a room adjacent to the ministers’ meetings during their deliberations on the state budget. Abbas will receive ongoing updates and he, in turn, will updates sources within the Joint List, if and when a need for its outside support will arise.
