Prime Minister Naftali Bennett at the beginning of the discussion on the education system:

"We have made a systemic decision that the State of Israel will remain as open as possible.
We are ready to take a great many steps to keep the country open. Immediately after the holidays, we intend to further accelerate the rate of immunization.      I predict we will eventually see a decline. We are entering a very tense period now after the holidays. What I want is a clear outline of our educational plans that is understandable to any parent.

For there to be cooperation it has to be simple and something that the public will know how to stand up to. A large number of antigen tests can be done and multiple tests are much more significant. I would like to implement calculated risk management - not hysteria. Without school, children's mental state can seriously be affected.  We must do everything we can to enable the education system to work openly and properly.

I say in advance - the first days of October will be complex. The first thing that happens - we do another round of antigen tests. We'll distribute a mass amount of tests to parents, and the rest of the children will undergo a home test every day of the week.

On the day of the start of school, we will continue with the usual outline that if there is a verified child, the whole class will go into isolation. "

The discussion is attended by the Minister of Education, the Director-General of the Ministry of Education, the chairman of the local government center, representatives of parents and teachers, and other professionals.

Local government chairman Haim Bibbs asked Raham to define corona funding in the education system as a preferred job, Bennett replied that he would look at the idea positively.
