After 17 months in prison: The leader of the northern faction of the Islamic Movement, Sheikh Raed Salah, has been released from prison

A reception in Umm al-Fahm for Sheikh Raed Salah, who was released from prison today.

Celebrations among Israeli Arabs on the release of the inciting sheikh: "In spirit and blood we will redeem al-Aqsa." 

The Ra'am party (which is in the Israeli government coalition!) of the southern faction of the Islamic Movement welcomes the release.

Senior security official: I would not be surprised if he is arrested again soon.
