Israel on record terror alert ahead of High Holy Days

Security officials identified 70 concrete plots to harm Israelis during the holiday season; more than 240 plots foiled in 2022, including shootings, suicide bombings, bomb attacks and kidnappings.

Ynet reports that Senior Israeli officials on Tuesday convened a special discussion on a record number of Palestinian terror alerts in Israel ahead of the Jewish High Holy Days.

A senior defense official added that security forces will continue making preemptive arrests of terror suspects throughout the holiday season as opposed to previous years in which Israel tried to keep tensions on the ground in check.

Didn’t Israel retake the Temple Mount during the 6 day war, yes they did Muslims have no right to posses on inch of the Temple Mount and Israel should claim it as their own period!!!!!

The muslims should be locked out of the Temple Mount during the Jewish High Holidays, just as Jews are locked out during the muslim's weapons-stockpiling holidays.
