While it is remotely possible that Annika R. lied about all this, it is much more likely, given the frequent occurrence of such rapes, that she is telling the truth, and that German officials are trying to cover up what they have done to their country by bringing in large numbers of young men who believe that uncovered infidel women are fair game and theirs for the taking.
“Acquittal in,” translated from “Freisprüche im,” by Mirko Voltmer, Bild, April 3, 2022:
Lüneburg – Six years ago, two Syrians are said to have raped a then 14-year-old refugee aid worker in an accommodation in Lüchow-Dannenberg.
In the first instance, the duo received a suspended sentence, in the appeal to the Lüneburg District Court the surprising turnaround: acquittals for Schadi A. (25) and Mohamad T. (25)!
Reason: According to the court, the alleged victim Annika R. (20, name changed) involved herself in contradictions in her statement, which was not available to the public. The judges also say that there was no rape!
The accused were happy (silent about the accusation), but there was a lack of understanding on the other side. Pascal Ackermann, lawyer for the co-plaintiff: “A clear misjudgment! The assumption that her testimony is not credible is a scandal. The acquittals are a slap in the face to a brave young woman.” Annika’s mother: “My daughter collapsed after the decision. It’s a nightmare that she’s now been labeled a liar.”
The victim only went to the police one year after the alleged assault. According to her, the duo had threatened to harm her family if she reported it.
