Abbas (Head of the Arab party "Ra'am" which is a government coalition member) refused to condemn the attack on the Nablus Gate - and left the plenum: "Your silence is like thunder!"

During a debate in the Knesset, Smutrich demanded that Abbas condemn the terrorist attacks in Jerusalem and Samaria: "I have not heard a word from you." Abbas initially did not respond, then said: "Even when I spoke you were not satisfied and attacked." Two weeks ago, RAAM issued a message only in Hebrew, in which they called for "avoiding violence and striving to live together."
