Hamas offered to transfer to Israel a video of Abra Mengistu and Hisham al-Sayyid in exchange for the release of elderly and women security prisoners and a small number of terrorists sentenced to life in prison, but Israel rejected the offer outright and demanded information on the fate of the 4 prisoners.
