Internal report of the National Insurance Institute (Israel's "social security"): 62% of the benefits in the Bedouin company are paid illegally.

According to the National Insurance Institute, most of the benefits paid to Bedouin residents of the Negev are paid as a result of fraud and deception, including benefits for children living in the Palestinian Authority.

These data were presented to the Forum of Directors of Government Ministries, chaired by Minister of Welfare Meir Cohen.
