The IDF has completed its preparations for the upcoming holidays, both in terms of logistics and individual care for soldiers.
On the eve of Rosh Hashana, IDF bases around the country will hold festive holiday meals to celebrate the new year. Meals and prayers will take place in accordance with Health Ministry guidelines.
The IDF will also take care of soldiers in need of financial assistance, including lone soldiers, who will receive purchase tokens worth 600 NIS that can be used to buy food, clothing, shoes, and more at over 90 stores. Funding for these purchases was donated by Friends of the IDF (FIDF).
IDF soldiers will be working hard throughout the holidays to keep Israel safe, and we wish them and their families a happy Jewish new year!
