Remembering Koby Mandell and Yosef Ishran
Im Tirtzu 08.05.2021
On May 8, 2001, Koby Mandell and Yosef Ishran went hiking together near the Jewish town of Tekoa in Gush Etzion where they both lived.
When the boys did not return home that evening, a search began and ended the following morning with the discovery of their bodies in a cave near Tekoa.
Koby and Yosef had both been brutally bludgeoned to death by Palestinian Arab terrorists. The bodies were so badly mutilated that dental records had to be used for identification.
Until this day, the terrorist who murdered the boys have never been apprehended.
Koby was only 13. Yosef was only 14.
