The Israeli Attorney General, Avichai Mandelblit, announced today that he is rejecting the request of Shachar Ben-Meir, Esq. to open a criminal investigation against PM Netanyahu for his ties with the Israeli newspaper "Israel Hayom" (Israel Today). Mandelblit said that "After going over the request and other materials possessed by the Attorney General's office, and after hearing from sources relevant to the case, it was decided that there are no sufficient evidence to warranty a criminal investigation into the matter".
