Sudan's chairman of the sovereign council of Abd al-Fateh al-Bharan comes out with a surprising statement. Sudan has not been updated in advance on Prime Minister Netanyahu's meeting with Sudan's leader.   In addition, Sudan's leader claims that he has agreed to various airlines from around the world to cross Sudan's airspace, en route to Israel except El Al Airlines.
