Public Security Minister Gilad Erdan has proposed a new monitoring model that will allow those returning home from overseas to spend the 14-quarantine-days at home and not in special guest centers. To enforce the new model, Interior Ministry inspectors will join police forces to ensure returning Israelis stay at home. The government will be voting on Erdan’s proposal on Sunday afternoon.
