US delegation discusses the Deal of the Century with Defense Minister. Alternate Prime Minister and Defense Minister Benny Gantz met this morning (Monday) with US President’s advisors, Special Representative for the UN, Mr. Avi Berkowitz, and Israeli Ambassador to the United States, Mr. David Friedman, regarding the American government's Deal of the Century. After the meeting the Blue and White party released a statement, explaining what was discussed. According to the statement, Gantz said that the 1.7 is not a priority, Israel’s top priority at the moment is to bring back people to the workforce and deal with the CoronaVirus. “Before promoting political moves, Israeli citizens must be able to succeed in returning to work and earn a living again.” Gantz also said that President Trump's Peace Plan has made history and will advance the Middle East peace process. Gantz also said that the plan should continue with the Palestinians to reach a plan that benefits all.
