Edelstein Invests in Suicide Prevention Health Minister Yuli Edelstein instructed his ministry staff today (Sunday) to allocate a budget of about NIS 14 million for suicide prevention programs and an additional NIS 9.5 million to hotlines dealing with mental distress as a result of the CoronaVirus Edelstein also instructed the Ministry to to transfer NIS 6 million for the implementation of risk preparedness, treatment, the "Voters in Life" program, and building treatment sequences and multi-system and inter-ministerial work in the education system.
