School Year in Most of Israel to Begin on September 1st. Israel’s Corona Projector Ronni Gamzu, met today with Minister of Education Yoav Galant and Minister of Health Yuli Edelstein. The three discussed the upcoming school year in the education system, and agreed that it will open as planned, on September 1st. The exception to this decision is cities in which the Coronavirus infection rate is relatively high and are marked as “Red Cities”.
