Should the Mexican Border Wall Construction be Completed? One of the promises that Donald made upon being elected as President in 2016, is building a wall on the American-Mexican border, in order to prevent illegal immigrants from entering the U.S. from Mexico. President Trump made good of this promise and indeed has started moving forward with the plan and started building the wall, but now Joe Biden has pledged to stop its construction as soon as he enters the White House, leaving it incomplete.
