In a special interview with NTD News, Carmen Maria Montiel, Miss Venezuela 1984 and currently a candidate for the U.S. Congress from the state of Texas, addresses the American operation against the Maduro regime and its significance for the citizens of Venezuela.
According to her, this is the beginning of a process that will lead to the collapse of a criminal communist regime that ruled the country for 27 years, shattered the economy, caused loss of property and future, and led to the migration of about 8 million citizens to other countries.
Montiel claims that the operation undermines the foundations of the regime, creates internal distrust among senior leadership, and accelerates its collapse.
She accuses the Venezuelan government of operating an international crime mechanism including drug trafficking, spreading election fraud technologies, and interfering in many countries, including the U.S.
