President Trump commented on the disappointing mayoral race in New York City, saying that leading candidate Zohran Mamdani — a self-described Muslim communist — isn’t capable of running America’s greatest city, and that the federal government has plenty of ways to keep him in line.

Trump on Zohran Mamdani: "This is a man who is not very capable, in my opinion, other than he's got a good line of bullshit... If a communist gets elected to run New York, it can never be the same."
