Osama Abu Irshaid, Executive Director of American Muslims for Palestine (AMP), spoke at the Third Palestinian National Dialogue in Istanbul on November 15, 2025, where he urged the creation of a global campaign to “dismantle the Zionist enterprise.”
He claimed this enterprise is not limited to Israel but is a worldwide project, and argued that Palestinians must establish a unified narrative centered on what he called the “Palestinian genocide.”
Abu Irshaid said Israel “blackmailed the world with the Holocaust” and accused Jews of holding a “monopoly” on victimhood. He urged wealthy Arabs and Palestinians to fund “Palestinian holocaust museums” to counter existing Holocaust remembrance institutions, saying that even Palestinian activists had been emotionally influenced by visiting the Washington Holocaust Museum.
He further lashed out at MEMRI, claiming it records and “distorts” statements by Palestinian activists.
