Dr. Mohammed Saeed Baker, a member of the Palestine Islamic Scholars Association from Jordan, quoted Jihadi Sheikh Abdullah Azzam on the importance of preparations for Jihad in a video posted on ANA Almurabit on YouTube on January 4, 2024. 

He continued to cite the hadith stating that Judgement Day will not come before the Muslims fight the Jews and kill them. Baker said that “falsehood” has its eyes on Jordan “just like on Palestine” and that they consider Jordan to be a road to Khaybar. He said that that the Jews who killed their prophets can only be dealt with by employing swords and killing. 

Baker further suggested that his audience start a collection to purchase weapons for the next round of fighting with Israel. He spoke at a tent put up by the Muslim Brotherhood’s Islamic Labor Party in Amman, Jordan.
