The US siege on Hormuz is working

Iran's oil and condensate exports in May fell to less than 300,000 barrels per day - the lowest level in at least 6 years.

These figures are exceptional even in terms of a regime that has lived for years under sanctions. 

According to Kepler company, Iranian oil exports in May dropped to about 260,000 barrels per day only, compared to an average of 1.67 million barrels per day in 2025. There is a claim that the figure was even lower - about 118,000 barrels per day only, compared to an annual average of about 1.88 million barrels per day.

The gap between the estimates does not change the big picture - the regime's main revenue pipeline is collapsing.
