VIDEO NEWS: Snap general elections in France in two weeks

Only two weeks before the elections to the French Parliament, which were brought forward in view of the defeat of Emmanuel Macron's party in the European elections.

According to a recent "Ipsos" survey, the issue of immigration is the top priority of the French, after the fight against inflation.

Policy analyst Philippe Fabry emphasizes in a conversation with an NTD news reporter in Paris that the immigration policy that has existed for decades, which is opposed by about 70 percent of the French, poses a democratic challenge, citing as an example the connection between immigration and the increase in crime.

Israel's military activity in Gaza is also a controversial issue.
