The High Court of Justice rejected the petition of the Arab Erekat family for the release of the body of their son, Ahmad Erekat, nephew of former Palestinian Authority senior official Saeb Erekat, who tried to carry out a car bomb attack about a year ago. The body will only be released in a future prisoner exchange deal between the sides.
